We’ll start with a zero-obligation consultation. Together, we’ll dive deep into the style you’re after, your lifestyle, your budget, and logistics. Maybe you want to create a sanctuary for entertaining, a relaxing vacation home, or the ultimate space for family gatherings. Whatever your goals, we’ll discuss them all.

During this time, you’ll also have the chance to view design examples to act as inspiration. We’ll provide our initial recommendations and answer any questions you have. We’ll then put together a custom proposal and quote for your approval.

Once you’ve approved the scope of your project, we’ll start your custom home design. We’ll relay the vision through sketches, floor plans, and site plans.

We’ll also create design boards of your future home’s exterior. This allows you to vividly see what your home will look like once it’s complete and leads to a more accurate finished build. Once the exterior is approved, we will do the same for the home’s interior. We’ll present all these preliminary designs to you in collaborative discussions so you can highlight any components you’d like to refine.

By the end of this phase, you’ll be able to envision the entire flow, layout and feel of your custom home—inside and out. You’ll have a deep understanding of how symmetry comes into play to create a functional, beautiful space.

Once you’ve approved your home’s design, we’ll finalize plans for construction. This includes colors and materials to be used based on the budget for your custom build. You will also be given a construction time-line of an estimated timeframe of each stage of construction on your home.

When construction kicks off, we’re available to communicate with you as needed to ensure your home is built to perfection. We provide weekly updates on all aspects of your project until completion.
